Leads that come through our sales funnel are passed to our sales team who phone each contact to sort out which of our projects might suit them best.
If the project is of interest our legal team will issue draft contracts for the client to review. Contracts are directly with the client and the Master Builder building their project. Investment Build New Zealand is employed by the builder and our costs are already factored into the build cost.
Once the contract is signed our build management team project manage every stage of the build keeping the client updated with reports and photos.
All of our builds are independently valued and appraised by Harcourts.
All our Rental Appraisals are independently conducted by Quinovic.
All our builds receive a full Healthy Homes Report from a registered Healthy Homes adviser on completion, to ensure they are ready for tenants.
All our builds carry a 10-year Master Build Guarantee ensuring the build is supported long after it is completed.
